You can exchange your eCertificate for your gear in-store or online.

When will I receive my items?
Our Blacktip Model is assembled in house. You aim to delivery your bike within 7 working days. Free to collect. Delivery to mainland UK and Europe Mon-Fri delivery. Your bike will require minimum effort to put together on arrival when delivered by a courier. For collections, your bike can be pre-assembled free of charge Detailed and easy to follow instructions are provided. Assembly requires no technical knowledge.
